An incubator for women founders,
inspired by the rhythms of Nature and the Moon.
Rooted in feminine values and designed around one lunar cycle, Yin Seeds is for female entrepreneurs ready to create, grow, or refine their offering with grace.
Each week, we gather in a supportive circle to explore different aspects of the business strategy through mini-lessons, council, and circular accountability. We move with the Moon, guided by intuition, grace, and community.
One Moon cycle / 5 weeks
April 28, 2026 • Tuesdays • 2:00–3:15 ET
A circle-based incubator for female founders
We combine practical startup methods (customer validation, MVP, fundraising, pitch prep) with feminine leadership, lunar cycles, collective intelligence, and circular accountability.
Week 1 — ROOT
Clarify the soul of the project: purpose, values, and the promise you are here to make. Set your five-week roadmap and the rhythm you will follow.
Week 2 — LISTEN
Deep customer listening. Name the real problem, meet the desire underneath it, and validate demand before you build. Clean up your messaging.
Week 3 — SHAPE
Design a simple MVP and test it fast. Use supportive tools (including light AI) to prototype, create, and iterate. Build your council and feedback loop.
Week 4 — RESOURCE
Map your resourcing path: revenue, pricing, partnerships, and capital. Refine your founder story and identify aligned investors or collaborators.
Week 5 — BLOOM
Pitch in circle on the Full Moon. Integrate what you learned, close the cycle, and leave with a clear next-cycle plan and momentum.
5 WEEKS
To return to what is true
To clarify your direction and next steps
To be held by a circle of women who see you
To plant your work in fertile soil
To grow momentum with grace
She who plants in stillness,
blooms in her own time.

WHO IS THIS FOR

Language that expresses your offer with precision.
A simple build-and-test plan
Resourcing clarity (revenue, partnerships, funding)

FAQs
What is Yin Seeds?
Yin Seeds of Business is a 5-week container for women founders building from wisdom, not force. It is equal parts strategy, cyclical leadership, and collective intelligence — designed to help you root your business in clarity, coherence, and sustainable momentum.
When does the next cohort start?
The next cohort begins April 28.
How long is the container?
Yin Seeds runs for 5 weeks from the start date. You receive weekly live sessions, a shared container for accountability, and guided prompts/resources to support your build between sessions.
Who is this for?
Yin Seeds is for women who are building early-stage ventures and want to grow without losing integrity. It is especially supportive if you are:
shaping (or reshaping) your offer and direction
building traction but feeling scattered or overextended
navigating fundraising, resourcing, or early capital decisions
craving structure, reflection, and a circle that can mirror you clearly
What stage do I need to be at?
You do not need to be “ready” in a polished way. You do need to be in motion — with a living project, real questions, and willingness to iterate. This can be pre-revenue, early revenue, or early traction.
What do we work on inside the program?
Over five weeks, we work with:
the energetic foundation of your project
clarity of value, positioning, and direction
resourcing: time, team, systems, capital
decision-making rooted in wisdom rather than urgency
conscious relationship with growth and money
You leave with sharper language, cleaner priorities, and stronger inner governance around the choices you are making.
What is the format?
Weekly live sessions plus a private group container for sharing, accountability, and support between calls. Sessions include teaching, guided inquiry, and council-style sharing — so you receive both strategy and reflection.
Is this a course?
No. It is a live container. The value is in the collective field, the weekly rhythm, and the way your project evolves through shared intelligence and guided structure.
How many women are in each cohort?
This is intentionally intimate. Cohorts are capped to keep the room spacious, high-trust, and high-touch.
Do I need to attend every live session?
Live participation is strongly recommended because the container is relational and council-based. If you miss a session, you will still be able to continue, but you will get the most value by being present in the room.
What if I feel shy sharing in groups?
You are not expected to perform. This is not a pitch room. Sharing is invitational, and you can participate in the way that feels true for you. Many women start quietly and become clearer and more expressed as the weeks unfold.
What makes Yin Seeds different from other accelerators?
Yin Seeds does not push growth through force, hype, or hustle. It works through clarity, coherence, timing, and right-sized momentum. It is a container for founders who want to build businesses that can hold capital without losing integrity.
Will this help with fundraising?
Yes — if fundraising is part of your path. We work on capital readiness, narrative clarity, resourcing strategy, and decision-making around growth. This is not a traditional investor pipeline program — it is a strategic and energetic foundation that makes fundraising cleaner and more aligned. Our Yin Ventures arm can also support you with fundraising if we see a fit.
What is the time commitment?
Expect a weekly live session (75mins) plus light weekly integration work. The container is designed to support real movement without overloading your life.
How do I join?
Enrollment is open. Just follow the Join seeds link on this page.
What is the refund policy?
Because this is a live, intimate container with limited seats, refunds are generally not offered once the cohort begins. If something unexpected happens, reach out and we will handle it with care.
I am not sure if it is for me — how do I decide?
If your business is alive, you are in a moment of choice, and you want to build with more coherence and less force, it is likely a fit.
Can I do Yin Seeds alongside a job or being a mother?
Yes. Many women in the container are building alongside caregiving, work, or transitions. The point is not intensity — it is rhythm, clarity, and sustainable momentum.
Who is the facilitator?
Yin Seeds is facilitated by Magdalena Sartori, founder of Yin Institute. The container draws from strategic advisory work, cyclical leadership, and community-based intelligence.
