Yin Institute was founded by Magdalena Sartori, an architect, entrepreneur, community builder, and strategic advisor whose work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, feminine leadership, and the future of the wellness economy.
Throughout her career, Magdalena has brought together founders, investors, creatives, and visionaries to build communities and ventures that place human connection at the centre of innovation. From co-founding The Assemblage in New York to advising early-stage founders and launching Yin Ventures, her work has consistently explored how business can become a force for regeneration, beauty, and collective flourishing.
Today, she is pioneering the concept of Yin Business—a philosophy that invites founders to build companies not as machines for extraction, but as living systems designed to flourish through relationships, wisdom, and aligned growth.
