In 2020, we moved into times of collective uncertainty, we embraced impermanence, and witnessed major shifts in consciousness. During this cosmic storm, the Yin Institute was born, seeded by the Yin Circles started in 2017, and sharing the mission to become a Voice for the Voiceless, for the Silence, the Feminine, for the Yin - by sharing wisdom on how to reconnect to this subtle energy, and honor and expand the sacred space of the Yin.

It is only in this embrace, of Yin and Yang, of negative and positive, of Feminine and Masculine, remembering our gentler, emotional and intuitive side, that we can evolve in harmony with Earth and Spirit.
