YIN CIRCLE
YIN TEMPLE
❍ ❍ ❍ This is a sacred space for our Feminine to awaken and be restored in all aspects of Life ❍ ❍ ❍
We move with the rhythms of the Moon, honoring the cycles within and around us.
We trust in the power of women gathering in circle, where wisdom is shared and amplified.
We listen to our wombs and our emotions as sacred guides to our inner self.
We cultivate grace and beauty, not as mere aesthetics, but as a devotion to Life itself.
❍ ❍ ❍ May it be so ❍ ❍ ❍

YIN PRACTICE
Our power lies in the body — in feelings, sensations, and emotions.
Practice at least 20 minutes a day, ideally in the morning
This can be free movement, seated meditation, or lying down
Focus on feeling, not thinking. Let your body guide you

ALTAR
Set up a small altar for this cycle or add something meaningful to it.
Include a candle to light during your daily practice and our Yin circles

COMMITMENT
Commitment is sacred. When we show up fully, life responds.
Write this on a piece of paper and place it on your altar.
We will burn it together at the end of the cycle.
I, ___, daughter of ___ (mother), granddaughter of ___ (grandmothers),
commit to show up for myself and for the Circle.
I commit to a daily Yin practice and to staying in a receptive, open space for 29 days.I honor my Womb during this entire Moon Cycle.

See you in Circle!

YIN CIRCLE GUIDELINES
Welcome, to our shared space—a place to be seen, heard, and held. To honor the wisdom that rises when women gather, we follow these simple but powerful guidelines.
1
Confidentiality is essential. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. This is a space of deep trust, where every voice is honored.
2
Come with an open heart (video on, muted and no distractions). Listen fully without interrupting or offering advice unless invited. Silence is sacred, and deep wisdom often emerges in the pauses.
3
Speak your truth. Share your truth, your emotions, your story—without filtering or rushing. There is no need to perform, impress, or fix. Your presence is enough.
4
Honor each woman’s path. We all walk different journeys. This is not a space for judgment, comparison, or unsolicited advice. Instead, we witness and uplift each other.
5
Flow with the feminine. Allow space for intuition, slowness, and depth. There is no pressure to keep up—only an invitation to surrender to the rhythm of the circle.
6
Commit to the ritual. Arrive on time, create a quiet space for yourself, and bring a candle, journal, or anything that helps you feel grounded. The more you show up, the deeper the magic.
7
Give and receive with grace. This circle is a container for shared energy. Receive with gratitude, offer with generosity, and trust that you are always supported.
The Circle is Open.
SCHEDULE
CIRCLES ARE EVERY MONDAY 5-6PM ET
See you in Circle!
